So our SEMA adventures started off when the guys from Apollo Performance asked us to help them out on their Time Attack WRX that was going to be in a booth. Of course, we were there in full force to aid in what we could for them. We had a chance to get several sponsors for the team including Chargespeed and Rotora and helped them re-sign sponsors like Bridgestone and Buddy Club!

The Apollo Performance Subaru WRX was vinyl’ed up by Yukio from Subie-Life.com and we got a lot of love on their trunk and their hood! Our representation was heard loud and clear with this car!

A huge thanks to our guys at Turbo by Garrett for sponsoring our passes for this year’s show!

We did a quick walk around the show and we saw a lot of Subies at this show! This one was in the Eibach Springs booth featuring Prodrive wheels and a rally bar! Great to see a Red STi.

Cosworth had an EJ25 on Display with their Front Mount system, TGV Delete System, and their new Turbo System. Cosworth has a bunch good stuff!

Here’s the Cusco STi sedan that was featured in their booth with their new items like chassis bracing.

This wingless 2011 STi sedan was in the Mackin Industries Booth featuring the TE37SL wheels, Project Mu brakes, and a full exhaust system.

The other side of the car featured another set of wheels! Awesome!

A clean GRB STi with SSR Wheels and carbon bits.

A Las Vegas local with a flat purple WRX.

A Chargespeed kitted STi with aggressive Advan wheels!

Well, that does it for part 1! Part 2 coming up tomorrow!

Although I took plenty of pictures at SEMA of the Subaru booth (Coming shortly) sometimes my cruddy point and shoot camera doesn’t really do justice. So that’s why I am featuring Autoblog’s coverage of the Subaru Booth at SEMA.

Now from the looks of this pictures, they got it when everyone was kicked out on Monday night (show starts on Tuesday). Pretty rare sight to see the whole booth without people saturating it.

Of course, Travis’ jump car made an appearance. However, this isn’t the “exact” one but a stunt car that Travis uses for demos. They trailer this car around to dealerships and special events. It is still used extensively.

Winner of SubieFest’s best of show snagged a special spot at the booth!

AEM always impresses every year with their Subaru project and this year is no exception! They muscled out the 2011 STi hatch back with an Ings+1 Kit, Volk Racing Wheels, Eibach Suspension, Crawford Performance goodies, and AEM bits!

One of my personal favorites in this booth (me being a huge road racing fan) was this Subaru Road Racing Team’s GR Sedan! Looks amazing and even with stock aero, it looks mean!

There are several of these “Get more Gs” demo cars out there but this one made its way to the show! I love the tennis ball!

Every year, Subaru features a “show car” style vehicle. This WRX was covered with audio equipment. Although we didn’t hear it bump, it had plenty of juice to allow it to!

When you have a chance check out the rest of the photos HERE thanks to Autoblog!

Want to get your hands on something unique? Well, the “Spy Gnome” Has been autographed by Travis Pastrana, Dave Mirra, Ken Block, and Tommi Makinen.

You can view the auction HERE

It’s for a good cause and I hope you all have a chance to take a look at it and even bid! As stated on the auction:

100% of the proceeds of this auction will go to Victory Junction, a camp for children with chronic medical conditions or serious illnesses, founded by Paul Newman and Kyle & Pattie Petty, as well as Dale Earnhardt Jr., Richard and Lynda Petty, Tony Stewart, The NASCAR Foundation and several more.

Good cause and we are glad that all the drivers signed it!

Well, we’ve been a bit MIA (Missing in Action) for the past week. We didn’t give up on the blog nor did we forget, it’s just that we’ve been super busy attending the annual SEMA show in Las Vegas!

That’s our website address on the Apollo Performance race car in the Garrett Turbo booth!

We will also cover the SEMA show with as many Subarus as we could find at the show!

And we’ll round it off with coverage from SubieJam! Stay tuned!

Check out the new Subaru Road Race Team’s Subaru STi!!! Debut at SEMA next week!

I’m not sure how many of you actually saw this beauty but it’s been in couple of magazines and was at the 2009 SEMA show back in November. I was browsing through Speedhunters and I came across some nice photos of the 2010 Subaru Legacy GT in the “VIP” Style.

I can already hear the moans and groans of the purists out there saying that the wheels are too big, there’s staggered wheel fitment, and that it’s too low. To those of you, I say “Just open your minds!”. The VIP style isn’t for everyone but if you’re a car enthusiast you can appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into this kind of build. Especially ones that are so unique.

I think that seats are purely awesome while retaining most of the factory interior features.

Wait, what’s that? Yes, more moan and groans. It’s a show car so I highly doubt that it drives around like this. If you want to see more of this Leggy, head on over to Speedhunters for this article!
